Our Emphasis

Cambridge IGCSE Enterprise is a unique study program that leads to the business world.

The GCRB (COLEGIO BILINGÜE INTERNACIONAL GIMNASIO CAMPESTRE REINO BRITÁNICO) shapes Middle School Students – Tenth and Eleventh Grades – in the emphasis of Cambridge IGCSE Enterprise, providing students with a firm understanding of what it means to think like an entrepreneur.

This is Cambridge's first IGCSE study program that requires students to think and act like entrepreneurs, developing their knowledge and understanding of how to start and manage their own business. . Cambridge IGCSE Enterprise provides learners with a variety of essential skills that can be used in planning and organization, communication, and financial management.

Transformative leadership is emphasized.

We aim to be innovators in the development of students' 21st-century skills, attitudes, and competencies. THE INSIDE OUT method develops ethical leadership abilities while maximizing each student's talents. Simultaneously, it enhances self-esteem and confidence, academic performance and decision-making accuracy, teamwork and conflict resolution skills, and dialogue capacity while identifying differences in order to reach an agreement.

Our students learn how to develop and manage resources, multiply money, and think and act like successful people in the Financial Education and Entrepreneurship Program. They also build the fundamentals for starting, leading, and maintaining their own businesses.

The EAN ENTREPRENEURSHIP MODEL is implemented in five stages: AWARENESS (conversion of a life project into entrepreneurship), IDENTIFICATION (of business opportunities), FORMULATION (elaboration of a business plan), START-UP (market entry), and ACCELERATION (Maximization of the added value of the company through internationalization and continuous innovation to rethink the business constantly). The first three stages are produced with GCRB students, while the last two are developed by our young graduates.
